Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Electrical & Electronics engineering or equivalent studies required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. (semiconductor, SMT industry preferred)
- Analytical and have problem solving skills, with know-how on analysis tools, strong leadership with good interpersonal character.
- Familiar in reading schematic diagrams and assembly drawing will be added advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up new device qualification, attending to issues related to process and equipment deviation during new product/process qualification
- Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of NPI project.
- Responsible in monitoring, analysis and device yield performance, SPC charts and perform lot disposition on outlier lots together with the help from Quality Engineer.
- Ability to use the statistical method to ensure process control and monitoring to meet targeted LVM exit yield will be added advantage.

Requirements
