ASE Malaysia’s Company Policy Statement, STA 2010
ASE Malaysia, a service provider for semiconductor devices, is committed to comply with Malaysian Export Control laws and regulations in relation to Strategic Trade Act (STA) 2010.
In compliance to STA 2010, we are committed to :
- establish and maintain screening processes for all products exported, covering strategic goods identification, product end-use, intended end-users and country of destination.
- report any suspicious dealings/transactions involving individuals, companies and countries involved with “restricted activities” to Ministry Of International Trade And Industry as requiredunder the “Catch All” provisions in STA 2010.
